FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

(SBC) is certified for ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management system, a recognized international standard applicable to advanced food safety systems . We are committed to continually enhance the reputation of the services and maintain consumer confidence in our services through the development and implementation of food safety systems, standards and practices. Our Food safety Policy ensures, Purchase, Process, Cook and Serve products that meet the highest food safety and quality standards. Meet all statutory and regulatory requirements for quality and food safety and comply with the food safety requirements of customers. Communicate, implement and maintain the food safety policy by suppliers, employees and contractors at all level of food chain operations. Continually review the effectiveness of the established food safety management system that complies the ISO 22000:2005 FSMS. Communicate food safety aspects and requirements to the employees, suppliers and contractors. Set annual measurable food safety and quality objectives for all departments to ensure continuous improvement.Achieve the confidence of consumers by ensuring the safety of foods.
